
Based along the pristine coastline of Te Arai, our role will see you working closely within our Finance Team by providing outstanding service to ensure we maintain the world class operation, key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately account for daily sales revenue for all departments and outlets
- Communicate with the onsite venues to ensure any discrepancies are resolved quickly
- Month-end journals and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and issue invoices and contracts for group reservations
- Assist with management of the Membership Database and other systems as required
About you
Alongside your exceptional attention to detail, you will be a strong communicator and have the ability to work autonomously. Other attributes that would contribute to your success include:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Stock control experience in a multi-venue site would be beneficial
- Technically capable on a variety of software
- Xero experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Suite
