
The Farm Cafe and Bar, situated on site at one of the region’s biggest and busiest golf courses – Boulcott’s Farm Heritage Golf Club is looking for a Duty Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in hospitality, and hold a current duty managers license and have barista experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a strong team from start to finish of each shift
- Working with the Manager to efficiently run each working day
- Training of staff members to deliver exceptional consistent customer service
- Maintaining strong procedures to keep every day running successfully
- Discussing ways to improve customer and member satisfaction
About You:
- Passionate about all thing’s hospitality
- Previous staff management experience
- An excellent communicator with strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Experience in high end cafe and bar service to meet customer needs
- Experience in building strong relationships with customers and staff
- Resilient and have high attention to detail
- Reliable, passionate and dedicated to providing quality service
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
