We are looking for a Chef/Cook to prepare meals for hungry golfers at our Clubhouse Kitchen .
The menu consists of salads, sandwiches and burgers and we can cater up to 60 golfers on a busy day.
For this position we are looking for someone who is self-motivated as this is a small kitchen and one person position.
We are looking for somebody who is available two-days per week and with some flexibility to cover leave when required.
What you will bring
- Hold a relevant culinary qualification
- Experience in a similar environment or in a small restaurant / cafe
- Have the ability to think on your feet
- Have good time management and the ability to multi task
- A respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- A thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements
You will be in charge of ordering your daily requirements from the main lodge kitchen and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
