Rydges Formosa Golf Resort is currently looking for a Conference Operations Manager to join our team, you will need to be responsible, well-organised, reliable and confident to work independently. We are looking for someone to work a variety of shifts within our establishment this guarantees something different every day with loads of training opportunities to upskill yourself!
You will be working in conjunction with our Food & Beverage Operations manager to ensure our day-to-day events run smoothly .The right candidate will need to have a can do attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team. We will provide training to ensure you have the right tools for the role .
The desire to learn and grow is also essential! We need someone who is flexible with hours/days worked, working a rotating roster between different shifts. We value reliability and responsibility above all else.

The right candidate would be passionate about hospitality and all things food and wine, with a positive attitude and roster flexibility. We are looking for a manager to work a range of shifts, We are a busy Hotel venue with conference, bar & restaurant – be ready for action!
