
Applications are invited for the permanent position at Wanaka Golf Club. Please only long term, current-settled residents and NZ Citizens apply.
The role is to manage and be in charge of all Food and Beverage Operations. The successful applicant will need: Hands on commercial kitchen experience, bar service experience, staff management (3-4 staff to manage), computer skills, knowledge of managing the Food Control Plan (food safety regulations). The applicant reports to the Wanaka Golf Club Clubhouse Manager.
The hours are Wed/Thurs/Fri/Saturday full days, (Thursdays change to nights in summer, 14 nights) with some other hours to cover private functions and other staff leave. The role involves a base hourly rate plus a % profit share to encourage taking on private functions and ensuring the operation is run profitably.
