
Based along the pristine coastline of Te Arai, this seasonal role will see you assisting our Golf Operations team by providing outstanding customer service to ensure we maintain the world class operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service, managing the flow of players from the driving range to the 1st tee or North Course shuttle in a timely and efficient manner
- All aspects of outside golf operations including preparing the Range for daily use, picking the balls from the range, cleaning range balls and replenishing the range
- Club and equipment storage management, cleaning and maintenance
- Preparation of divot mix and filling of bottles for daily use
- Preparation and cleaning of Nordaq water bottle system
- Keeping the Range area and Caddie Shack area clean and tidy
About you
Alongside your passion for providing world class service, you will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Other attributes that would contribute to your success include:
- At least two years’ experience working within the golf industry (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to multi-task and work with conflicting priorities
- Ideally strong golfing ability and a thorough understanding of the game
- Strong understanding and experience in a professional caddie program (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends/public holidays
- Assist the wider golf operation during an exceptional peak in business from September – May
