
JOB TITLE
Golf Operations Coordinator
PURPOSE
To operate the Starters Office as first point of contact, organise members and visitors, and provide a
positive experience through high level customer service.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Responsibilities:
Open and close the clubhouse, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
Set up the Starters Office for daily operations, ensuring all systems and resources are ready.
Manage incoming communication directed to the Starters Office, providing prompt and professional
responses.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of retail and operational products.
Keep the office and surrounding areas clean, organised, and welcoming.
Financial Management:
Handle daily cash transactions and complete end-of-day cash reconciliation accurately.
Maintain the security and integrity of the Starters Office at all times.
Golf Operations Management:
Ensure smooth flow of play by managing tee times and maintaining order on the course.
Uphold club standards by enforcing the dress code and course etiquette when necessary.
Process and record competition results accurately, ensuring timely distribution of results.
Support event management, including coordinating prize-giving ceremonies when required.
Manage tee time bookings efficiently, including group bookings and special requests.
Collect green fees, issue scorecards, and oversee the rental of golf carts, trundlers, and clubs.
Update and adjust start sheets as needed to optimise course flow.
Handle membership inquiries and complete enrolment processes professionally
Additional Services:
Support bar and catering staff as required
Fulfil any reasonable request from management

Previous experience working in golf operations or a similar environment.
