After a terrible finish to his opening round at the Valspar Championship, Ryan Fox is looking down the barrel of another missed cut.
A week after missing out on the Players Championship weekend, the Kiwi opened the round at Innisbrook Resort in Florida with a dismal 5-over 76 on Friday morning (NZT), sharing the 152-player field in a share of 142nd place.
After Fox’s round turned even par, it took a turn for the worse when he double-bogeyed No. 10, then bogeyed No. 14, and then double-bogeyed No. 16.
