Purpose of Position
We are seeking a Senior Mobile App Developer to support the leadership and development of our mobile applications.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our strong team of developers and global product team. In this role you will need the ability to develop high-quality mobile apps for iOS and Android.

This role is based in Auckland and presents an exciting an opportunity to work with a successful locally based and thriving SaaS company, as we explore new market opportunities and expand internationally.
Key Role Responsibilities
The role is principally responsible for:
- Development: Leading the development for the mobile app product. This will be a hands-on developer role.
- Leadership: Providing senior leadership and mentorship to the mobile app team.
- Roadmap implementation: Steering and leading of the implementation of our mobile app roadmap, alongside our other development teams and overall vision for the product.
- Innovation: Identifying opportunities to enhance our mobile apps to provide our customers/users with an unparalleled experience and best in market product.
- Rollout: Seamless rollout of mobile apps into each of our customer markets.
Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in agile mobile app development.
- Experience with .NET for iOS, .NET for Android, .NET MAUI (knowledge of Xamarin native advantageous.)
- Strong proficiency in C#.
- Experience in creating binding libraries for native platform APIs.
- Excellent UI/UX design skills to help build visually appealing apps, intuitive for end users.
- Good knowledge of source control (Git), and strong understanding of DevOps pipeline for app deployments to Google Play and Apple App Stores.
- Experience with building REST APIs (OpenAPI).
- Good knowledge of SQL query syntax and database design.
- XUnit, unit testing and test-driven development.
- Previous experience leading teams of mobile app developers.
- Writing well commented, clean, concise and maintainable code.
- Excellent command of the English language – efficient communication and teamwork is critical in this role.
