The Russley golf complex includes the par 72 championship golf course, set in beautiful parkland, a high quality practice range, putting and chipping greens, a well-stocked golf shop, a functions centre, café and bar.
We are currently looking for an Apprentice Greenkeeper to work within the greenkeeping team, reporting to the Course Superintendent.
The successful applicant will be passionate about golf and play/understand the game, be highly motivated, ambitious, and most importantly, possess a desire to go the extra mile to ensure that the course is always presented to the highest of standards and playability.
In addition to providing a great place to work, we offer full training on the job, in all aspects of golf course preparation, working within an experienced team, and an option to carry out turf studies via distance learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate great verbal and written communication skills, general computer literacy, a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, and a strong work ethic.
