Wainui Golf & Function Centre is seeking to expand its food and beverage team and are looking for friendly, experience front of house professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Bar Manager you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation. You will work with the team to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:
- Delivery of outstanding and exceptional customer service
- Set up, service and pack down
- Assist in the running of the events to ensure all guests receive their requirements in a timely manner, according to our standards
- First meet, and then exceed our guests’ expectations
- Ensure our members receive a personable experience
Skills and Experience
- Friendly, positive, energetic personality
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in Food and Beverage is required
- LCQ and General Manager Certificate is essential
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services
- Motivation to learn new skills and techniques
- Fantastic personal presentation
- Fluent in English
- Flexible availability and reliable
- Outgoing personality
- Must be able to work in New Zealand
