
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of green fees, golf cart hire fees and other fees as may be required.
- Control of access to the golf carts and the cart shed.
- Course ranging, as necessary.
- Management of tee bookings according to the relevant standard operating procedure.
- Overall care of all areas of the clubhouse, including cleaning and minor maintenance.
- Sales of golf goods, food and beverages as required.
- First point of contact for communication, by telephone and in person with members, visitors, deliveries and general enquires.
- Reporting all technical problems to the club manager or Operations committee chair.
- Maintain a log of all activities and resources necessary for delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to the club, as required.
- Provide support for all and any club events, as requested.
- Other duties as and when required
