About our role
This pivotal role focuses on a partnership with our Restaurant Manager to deliver service without compromise, to ensure we are providing a truly world class experience at every turn.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming members and creating unique drinks presented in a high-end stylish manner
- Ability to serve innovative and traditional drinks to a consistently high standard
- Support in leading and training the team in mixology
- Ensure members and guest preferences are noted to enhance their experience and exceed expectations
About you
With strong leadership capabilities and service driven attitude you will excel in this position, other experience and attributes that would be beneficial to your success include:
- Experience in the high-end hospitality industry, including extensive knowledge of mixology, wine and spirits
- Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally, with the ability to build rapport well with members
- A high level of organisation and the ability to prioritise with ease
- Full understanding of the required sequence and standards for a high-end experience
- Full Driver’s License
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
