Two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson expressed his desire to see a LIV Golf Tour event held here in New Zealand.
According to 1News, the LIV RangeGoats captain said: “We want a tournament in New Zealand, the golf there is under appreciated you would say there’s so many beautiful golf courses and resorts.”
Watson has finalised his RangeGoats team by signing one of Kiwi Ben Campbell, who joins established players Peter Uihlein and Matthew Wolff.
Hailing from Queenstown, Campbell had an impressive 2024 season with seven top-10 finishes on the Asian Tour and gained valuable experience as a reserve player in the LIV Golf League.
