
Responsible for the overall guest experience, the Concierge Team are the face of Te Arai Links Golf Club. The role is varied and comprehensive, covering all guest services for the hotel side of the resort.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Check ins/outs
- Ensuring each guest receives a quality, personalised experience
- Handle guest enquiries, book activities, produce individual guest itineraries
- Running a range of guest or operational errands
About you
You will bring have a welcoming demeanour, a service oriented attitude and a high level of enthusiasm. Other attributes that would contribute to your success would include:
- Previous experience in high end customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A full NZ driver’s license or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends and public holidays
