First and foremost you will be passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. You will value working in a supportive team in the beautiful surroundings of Clearwater Resort and the benefits available to our team members.
While a current duty managers certificate is advantageous, we are open to candidates that are looking to acquire their duty managers certificate and will assist in this process for the right applicant.
You will have:
- Ability to deliver and demonstrate excellent customer service by identifying customers’ needs and respond proactively to customer enquiries
- Strong communication skills, positive and friendly manner
- General bar, barista and café experience
- Able to perform Duty Manager duties as required.
- Work with Lounge Manager to set up and maintain structure and deliverables for F&B operation.
- Ability to work as part of a team, and independently
- Initiative and ability to be proactive and self-motivated
Please note that only candidates that have NZ residency and are ready to work in Christchurch will be eligible for this position.
