Overview
Kauri Cliffs is currently seeking the employment of a Full Time Golf Assistant Professional who will work to maintain the world-class operation that Kauri Cliffs is known for. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and a desire to grow in the golf industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Daily pro shop duties, including merchandising, inventory control, merchandise sales, tee time reservations (phone & email)
  • Golf car fleet management
  • Supervision of caddie program
  • A thorough understanding of the rules of golf
  • Ability to coach and assist golfers of all levels (though minimal instruction opportunities exist)
  • Assistance with our food and beverage operation

There is a strong emphasis on staff training and development, and familiarity and experience in luxury hospitality is of critical importance.

This position is ideally suited for an individual looking for a spectacular opportunity, who is self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage various staff members, has an eye for detail in a very successful retail operation, and can succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
