Fermah Advocates Limited is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to work at the Whakatane Golf Club.
Hours variable depending on season, between 6.00am and 6.00pm, located at the Whakatane Golf Club.
Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours a week.
Working 4 on and 4 off roster with additional hours to cover as required.
The role pays an hourly rate of $30.00.
Main duties include:
Principally responsible for the managing the availability of the golf carts, ensuring carts are available, presentable and secure when not in use.
Ensuring that patrons using carts (or other related equipment) follow the correct health and safety procedures during operation.
Managing the booking of carts on the golf course. An integral knowledge and experience of how patrons use carts over a given number of holes being played to enable efficient management and availability of carts is maintained in times of high client demand / patronage.
Responsible for keeping the fleet of golf carts appropriately maintained through third party repair work.
In addition, the Fleet Manager is expected to assist with other golf club duties from time to time. As is the nature of a smaller club, different roles are expected to work together for the function of the club.
