In this role, you will be responsible for the Club’s Events and Food & Beverage operations which encompass a wide array of duties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Event organisation
- Sponsor Support
- Managing the Clubhouse staff
- Managing the preparation and service of all Clubhouse Food & Beverage offerings
- Ensure all Food & Beverage products that are prepared & served are of high quality
- Identifying areas for potential growth in Food & Beverage offerings
- Maintaining HACCP procedures and practices
- Identify, develop, and propose streamlined procedures as required
You will be a forward thinker with the initiative required to look after the overall hospitality & events side of the Club.
Our ideal Hospitality & Events Manager:
- Has previous hospitality / commercial kitchen experience
- Able to effectively lead & communicate with a diverse group of people
- Able to identify & resolve issues in a timely manner
- Has strong attention to detail, reliable & accurate
- Has excellent time management skills
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Can work in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act
- Has a Bar Managers Certificate (preferred, not essential)
