About the Role
This is your chance to lead the marketing strategy for one of Australasia’s top luxury and lifestyle brands. As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing initiatives for their championship golf courses, luxury hotel, award-winning spa, vibrant restaurants, and Health & Fitness Centre. You’ll work with a talented team to elevate their brand and drive revenue by ensuring they remain top of mind for both new and existing guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans across print and digital platforms to keep Millbrook top of mind for potential and returning customers.
- Growing and maintaining our online presence through innovative social media campaigns and a dynamic website.
- Updating and enhancing resort merchandise and collateral to ensure they align with our brand and improve guest experiences.
About You
They’re seeking a forward thinking, strategic, creative marketing professional with:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury golf, tourism, or hospitality.
- A passion for lifestyle and luxury brands, and the drive to bring that energy to the Millbrook brand.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Team leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
