Te Arai Course

Based along the pristine coastline of Te Arai, our Night Auditor will focus on a range of tasks to provide a smooth, safe and secure operation during the evenings. They will be the sole contact person onsite during the evenings, so this role comes with a high level of accountability and responsibility.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead operations in the absence of the management team during the hours of 10pm – 6.30am (on Wednesday & Thursday nights)
  • Checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations
  • Reconciles all accounts, process invoices and reports on end of day
  • Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
  • Ensure safety and security of guests
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies

About you

You will bring two years’ experience in front office or guest services, including supervisory experience and a ideally a relevant qualification. Other attributes that will contribute to your success include:

  • Experience with accounting and facilities management software
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office systems
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work overnight
