Key Responsibilities include:
– Driving Service Quality
– Leadership and guidance of Golf Operations, Hospitality and Clubhouse requirements of the Club
– Induction, ongoing training and performance reviews for clubhouse-based staff (Golf Operations, Hospitality, Handyman/Cleaners)
– Corporate golf, tour groups, partnerships, and VIP visits, along with developing productive relationships
– Lead and manage golf development
– Work within parameters of key club documents, those being Governance Manual, Capex Expenditure Charts and Link Supervisory Frameworks
