
Remuera Golf Club is located in Central Auckland and is committed to providing an outstanding golfing experience for our members and visitors. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a golf course, hospitality, events, coaching, fitting studio, and the Velocity Driving Range. We are now seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the retail and golf operations department.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to identify and fulfill customer wants and needs.
- Background in golf with solid knowledge of golf equipment and products (preferred but not essential).
- A deep passion for the sport and an eagerness to learn and grow your skill set.
- Initiative and adaptability within your role.
- A friendly, positive attitude suited for a customer-facing position.
Responsibilities:
- Providing knowledgeable product assistance within the store, helping customers find the right golf equipment and products.
- Organizing and participating in promotions to boost sales and engage customers.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, pricing, barcoding, and maintaining inventory.
- Following standard operating procedures, including payment processing, handling customer complaints, security, and health & safety.
- Collecting green fees and organizing and controlling play on the day.
