
We are seeking talented Reservations Assistants to join our busy Reservations team in Auckland, servicing our guests and members from across the globe. This diverse role will see you providing world class experiences for our luxury golf resort based in Te Arai.
Supported by our Reservations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing end to end reservations in our Property Management Software (PMS)
- Articulating our service offerings and rates to members and guests
- Liaise with third parties e.g. travel agents, corporate clients when required
- Maintain and update the PMS
About you
With a strong background administration or reservations/hotel operations, you will transition into this role with ease. Alongside your high energy, attention to detail and second to none communication skills, you will bring:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in customer service/administration based positions
- Experience in the luxury service industry is preferable
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proficiency with a variety of software and the MS Suite
