Shot Scope, a leading golf technology company, has named Lord Mervyn Davies as Chairman of the Board, supporting the Scottish-based firm’s ambitions for global expansion.
Lord Davies, an enthusiastic golfer, previously held roles as Chief Executive and Chairman of Standard Chartered and was recognized with a CBE in 2002 for his contributions to the financial sector. He is currently Chairman of the Lawn Tennis Association, LetterOne, and a member of the World Rugby Executive Committee.
On his appointment, Lord Davies stated: “I am excited to join Shot Scope as Chairman of the Board. Our innovative products are sold in over 160 countries and stocked by leading golf and sport retailers worldwide. I look forward to working with the team and shareholders to deliver our ambitious international growth plans and establish Shot Scope as a global brand within golf.”
