Royal Wellington Golf Club is looking for a Groundsperson / Greenkeeping Team Member to assist in maintaining our championship golf course.
Hours:
- 30 hours per week
- 3 × 8-hour weekdays (flexible scheduling)
- Weekend mornings: 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday
Who we’re looking for:
- Anyone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team
- People of all ages and stages – whether you’re considering a career change, starting a greenkeeping apprenticeship, or seeking semi-retirement work with flexible hours
- No previous greenkeeping experience required — just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
