This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage the latest state of the art driving range in NZ! The Driving Range Experience Manager is responsible for providing leadership, hospitality and overseeing the successful operation of The Dunes Driving Range located at the Mount Maunganui Golf Club. The successful applicant will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of The Dunes Driving Range while enhancing the customer experience with a large focus on Food and Beverage.
The nearly completed Dunes Driving Range will have 15 outdoor bays and 2 simulators. Each bay is fully equipped with the latest ball tracking technology from foresight sports that is used by the likes of Bryson DeChambeau and Phil Mickelson. The facility will also have a function room/sports bar.
The role will service Mount Maunganui Golf Clubs members, general public and corporate functions.
The role will often be a sole charge operation but when busy will manage and lead assistant staff.
The Mount Maunganui Golf Club now offers; the premier golf course in the Western Bay of Plenty, top class clubhouse facilities, Studio 18 Health Club, one of the world’s largest golf greens (the dunes) and of course the Dunes Driving Range.
Flexible work hours however weekend and evening work will be required.
An individual with a Bar Managers License, Management and hospitality experience will be preferred. A love and enthusiasm for golf is also a must!
In addition to an attractive remuneration package a Golf and Gym memberships will be also be provided to the successful candidate.
